The Law Offices of Patterson & Aschheim, LLP is a New York City based, women-owned law firm founded by Maria Patterson and Deborah Aschheim. Maria and Deborah have served as trusted advisors to businesses, providing a broad range of commercial legal services, from transactions and restructurings to regulatory compliance and litigation.
We each bring more than 25 years of experience, allowing us to provide sophisticated legal service regardless of your size or need. We trained at major Wall Street law firms where we developed technical legal skills and expertise. We practiced in the largest in-house law departments in corporate America where we learned the essentials of legal management and client service by being both the “provider” and “consumer” of legal services. We know the importance of being client-focused, to-the-point and cost-effective. We are a micro-law firm with a mega-impact.
