Maria and Deborah have served as trusted advisors to businesses, providing a broad range of commercial legal services, from transactions and restructurings to regulatory compliance and litigation. We each have more than 25 years of experience. We trained at major Wall Street law firms where we developed technical legal skills and expertise. We practiced in large in-house corporate law departments where we learned the essentials of legal management and client service by being both the provider and consumer of legal services. We know the importance of being client-focused, to-the-point and cost-effective. The breadth and depth of our experiences allow us to address a wide range of legal issues and to provide sound legal advice and client-focused services with sensible fee arrangements.
